The Homeschool Water Cooler is a brandnew Web site, and I entered a writing contest last week. The contest was for How-To Tips for homeschooling. I posted an article I originally wrote for this blog on how and why to create portfolios (original post). I didn't give it another thought until I got an email from the creator of the site, Dr. Judy, telling me that my article had won first place (and a monetary prize)!!! The link in the corner is just a background. I got my template from designbysheila. I really like it. I did manipulate the html though to change some colors and fonts. Thanks for the link.
